I’m so glad you are visiting our library website today. My name is Mrs. Montgomery and I absolutely love being your librarian.
With a new year brings new reading resolutions. Click here and you will find some great reading resolutions that you can start doing now!
I have so many fun things planned for this new year. We are going to learn about character traits and how a library runs using the Dewey system. We’ll find great books to read, become a pro at using SORA, and learn more about other apps and programs that are available to you.
Battle of the Books will begin in October.
Don’t forget you can also check out ebooks and audiobooks from our online library Sora.
SORA by Overdrive is our school’s online library. You can check out ebooks and audiobooks on SORA, just like you checkout books from our library.
To log into SORA:
- Select Alpine School District
- Parkside Elementary
- Enter your student number (you can find your student number on Skyward (hint: Lexia number)
- Enter your last name (all lower case letters multiple last names add together as one.)
